Eight Turn Crepe is a Japanese fast casual concept. The menu delights and comforts customers with seasonal ingredients and regional specialties. The crepes are made with high quality, organic or locally sourced ingredients including fresh fruits, sweet berries, seasonal vegetables and homemade French chocolate truffles. Each recipe is an exclusive and elaborate combination of flavors that’s been tested to perfection.
By using proprietary, first-to-market rice flour dough that is naturally gluten-free, as well as a tofu-based sauce and a yogurt-based whipped cream, customers enjoy a lower calorie experience with superior taste all while dining in a fun and inviting environment.
IDEAL FRANCHISEE
We’re looking for franchisees with a passion for incredible food and want to invest in an emerging concept poised to redefine the crepe industry in the rapidly growing Japanese fast casual category. Preferred franchisees will have experience owning and operating multiple franchise units in a territory, or be qualified investors who want to join a growing franchise.
