    The total cost to build a location ranges from $200,000 to $475,000 all in. This investment range varies because several factors come into play. We offer three business models to choose from: a food truck, a kiosk, or a brick-and-mortar location. Your final cost will depend on the model selected, the state where the business operates, the square footage of the space, and the condition of the location at the time of build-out.

    Can I qualify without enough liquid capital?

    Don’t be discouraged if you don’t have the full amount of liquid capital available upfront. With a minimum of $100,000 in liquid assets, you may be able to qualify for a loan to cover the remaining portion of your initial investment. The good news is that we are an SBA-approved business, which can help speed up the loan process if you qualify.

    How can I find out if I qualify for a loan?

    We work with funding specialists who we can refer you to if you’d like, though you are welcome to use your own sources as well. These specialists will review your information, explain what is needed, and let you know if you qualify for pre-approval for a loan if that is the path you choose to take.

    What’s included in the $200,000–475,000 range?

    This cost covers getting the entire restaurant open and operating. The $40,000 franchise fee is included, along with $25,000–$50,000 in working capital to help start your business.
